摘 要:为明确冰箱压缩机阀片在滚抛处理前、后各项性能的具体差异,掌握滚抛工序改善阀片疲劳性能的根本原因,本文通过扫描电镜观察、冲击疲劳寿命测试、金相检验、硬度及表面粗糙度测试等方法对滚抛前、后的冰箱压缩机吸气阀片各项性能进行了分析研究。结果表明:滚抛工序可去除阀片舌簧冲裁端面的微裂纹,平滑舌簧的锋利边缘,从而抑制了疲劳裂纹的萌生与扩展;阀片经滚抛处理后的疲劳寿命约为滚抛前的5倍。此外,滚抛会使阀片产生轻微的加工硬化,同时去除了阀片表面在加工过程产生的轧制条纹,但不会使阀片的材料微观组织发生变化。In order to clarify various performance difference of valve plates before and after scroll polishing process and to master the root cause of the improving for fatigue life of valve plates,various performance of valve plates before and after scroll polishing were investigated by scanning electron microscope observation,impact fatigue life test,metallographic examination,hardness and roughness detection.The results showed that by scroll polishing process,the micro cracks on the cutting face of the tongue of the valve plate were removed and the sharp edges were smoothed out.The fatigue crack initiation and propagation wereinhibited by scroll polishing process,and the fatigue life of valve plate scroll polished was about five times before.Besides,slight work hardening impact on valve plate was produced and rolling stripe on the surface of the valve plate was removed by scroll polishing process,but the microstructure of the valve plate was not changed.
