摘　　要：HAN阻隔防爆橇装式加油装置是一种集储油、加油和卸油功能于一体的可整体迁移的地面加油装置,其安全设施完善,机动性强,而且经济环保、简易方便,可以适用于市区及任何偏远地方为车辆加油。HAN是容器阻隔防爆技术的简称,HAN阻隔防爆技术采用铝合金阻隔防爆材料在容器中填充,可防止各种意外事故引起的爆炸,减少油气浓度挥发,并配置了全方位的安全自动控制和报警系统,极大地提高了加油装置的安全度。以该公司HAN橇装式加油装置设备生产实例,阐述了HAN橇装式加油装置的设计原理和制造。HAN barrier explosion-proof skid-mounted refueling device is a ground refueling device that can be moved as a whole integrating the functions of oil storage,refueling and unloading.It has perfect safety facilities,strong mobility,economic and environmental protection,simple and convenient,and can be used for refueling vehicles in urban areas and any remote places.HAN is the abbreviation of container barrier explosion-proof technology,HAN barrier explosion-proof technology USES aluminum alloy barrier explosion-proof material to fill the container,which can prevent the explosion caused by various accidents and reduce the concentration of oil and gas volatilization.The design principle and manufacture of HAN skid-mounted refueling device are illustrated with a production example of HAN skid-mounted refueling device.
