摘  要:沸石粉是目前常用作预混合饲料载体的重要组成部分,但由于沸石粉的吸附作用,常会引起某些预混料中维生素B1含量测定出现较大偏差,回收率低下。本文采用3 mol/mL的氯化铵甲醇溶液作为提取剂,提取液经高效液相色谱进行分离测定,外标法定量。结果表明:通过氯化铵的解吸附作用,使得维生素B1的回收率由原来的70%提高到了90%以上。Zeolite powder is an important part of premixed feed carrier,but due to the adsorption of zeolite powder,it often leads to a large deviation in the determination of vitamin B1 content in some premixed feed,resulting in a low recovery rate.In this paper,3 mol/mL ammonium chloride methanol solution was used as the extraction agent,the test solution was separated and determined by HPLC,and the external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.The results showed that the recovery of vitamin B1 increased from 70%to 90%through the desorption of ammonium chloride.
