摘　　要：我国是农业大国,更是牲畜、水产养殖大国。饲料相关的标准和法律法规体系已经建立,但在新时代下仍面临着安全挑战。本文通过对我国现有饲料行业发展现状的概述,探讨饲料安全发展的重要性,分析法律法规在饲料安全发展中的影响,从而提出未来法律和准则制定颁布的方向。China is a big country for agricultural,livestock and aquaculture.Feed-related standards and legal and regulatory systems have been established,but they still face security challenges in the new era.This paper discussed the importance of the development of feed safety through the overview of the current development of China’s feed industry,analyzed the impact of laws and regulations on the development of feed safety,and proposed the direction of future laws and standards.
