摘　　要：通过问卷调查、座谈和个别访谈的形式了解当前高校教师党员党性意识、党性教育内容、教育方法、教育体制及自媒体在党性教育中应用等方面的现状,指出高校教师党员党性教育面临的问题与挑战,以便进一步开展自媒体视域下高校教师党性教育创新机制和路径探究。Through questionnaire survey,discussion and individual interview,this study understands the present situation of teachers'Party spirit consciousness,Party spirit education content,education method,education systemand the application of self-media in Party spirit education,and so on.This paper points out the problems and challenges faced by the Party spirit education of university teachers in order to further explore the innovative mechanism and path of the Party spirit education of university teachers fromthe perspective of self-media.
