摘　　要：针对高等学校工科专业学生实习实践环节存在的少、短、浮等问题,构建了新型“实习就业一体化”定制式人才培养模式,分析了该模式的优势和特色。通过实习基地群的建立、遴选机制的制定、实习内容的科学规划、多元课堂的运用、长效机制的形成,保证了“实习就业一体化”定制式人才培养模式的有效实施,促进了学生工程素质和实践能力的提升,实现了学校专业教育与企业实践双轨运行的无缝连接。According to the problems,such as few,short and floating in the production practice for engineering students in the university,a new"integration of production practice and employment"customized talent training mode is constructed.The advantages and characteristics of this mode are analyzed.Base on the establishment of practice base group,the formulation of selection mechanism,the scientific planning of practice content,the application of multiple classes and the formation of long-term mechanism,the effective implementation of the customized talent training mode of"integration of practice and employment"has been ensured.The improvement of engineering quality and practical ability has been promoted,and the seamless connection between school professional education and enterprise practice has been realized.
