摘　　要：作为学生党员的后备力量,大学生积极分子的培养教育成为学界关注的热点问题。文章旨在聚焦入党积极分子教育培养过程,针对群团推优重视不足、培训内容流于形式、考核评价方式单一等诸多问题,提出切实有效的解决措施,以期把好发展党员的“入口关”,培养出信仰坚定、政治成熟、能力突出的合格党员。As a reserve force for student Party members,the cultivation and education of college student activists has become a hot issue in academia.The purpose of this paper is to focus on the process of education and cultivation of College Student Active Members to Join the CPC.Solving the problems such as insufficient emphasis on recommending the excellent from the Mass Organizations,formality of training content and singleness of assessment and evaluation methods,practical and effective measures are put forward in order to develop the"entry barrier"of CPC members and cultivate qualified CPC members with firmbeliefs,political maturity and outstanding abilities.
