摘　　要：文章介绍了河南农业大学农机教研室作为优秀的校级教学基层组织,重视制度建设及教学过程管理;为了提高教师的业务水平,校级通过整体师资培养,以及开展教研活动与观摩;通过“三位一体”完善的实践教学体系,努力培养学生的实践动手能力;坚持以产、学、研协调发展来科研促进生产,以科研服务教学,取得了较好的效果。This paper introduces the agricultural machinery teaching and research section of Henan Agricultural University as an excellent school-level teaching organization,attaches importance to system construction and teaching process management;in order to improve the professional level of teachers,the school level through the overall teacher training,as well as carrying out teaching and research activities and observation;"Three Forming an Organic Whole"complete practical teaching system,and strive to cultivate students'practical ability;adhere to the coordinated development of production,learning,research,research to promote production,scientific research service teaching,and achieved good results.
