摘　　要：针对当前本科生教育人才培养过程中存在的学生主体地位仍被忽视、团队内部知识共享机制缺乏、学生培养方式单一的问题,结合学校实际,在已有工作基础上,改变创新教育开展模式,转变创新引导理念,提高资源利用效率,扩大创新教育的受益面,实现人才培养质量的提升。Aiming at the problem that the main subject status of the undergraduate education is still ignored,the internal knowledge sharing mechanism is lacking,and the students'training methods are single,we have combined with the actual situation of our school and based on the existing work,the innovative education development model is changed,it is also transforming the concept of innovation and guidance and improving the efficiency of resource utilization,otherwise,it is expanding the benefits of innovative education,and improving the quality of personnel training.
