地质专业女大学生就业难原因浅析与对策研究

摘　　要：近几年,每年的毕业生数量都较大,就业问题也显得至关重要。地质行业近几年的发展不是很理想,致使地质学专业的女大学生就业问题显得更为突出。文章对地质学专业女大学生就业难原因进行浅析,提出相关建议,以帮助地质专业女大学生实现顺利就业。In recent years,the number of graduates is larger each year,and employment issue is crucial.The development of the geological industry in recent years is not very satisfactory,and the employment problem of female college students in geology is more serious.This paper analyzes the causes of employment difficulties of female college students in geology,and puts forward relevant suggestions to help female college students in geology to obtain employment.
