摘  要:《工程测试技术》是一门体系庞大,知识覆盖面广,理论性和应用性都很强的学科,但是内容过于繁杂,学生难以理清掌握。该门课在实施教学中,以油气管道的自动化巡检为例,采用项目教学方法,通过问题引导和工程实践加深学生对该课程进行深入的理解与掌握。该项目研发一种自动化油气管道自动巡检平台,解决固定布局式传感器所存在误检漏检率高的问题,同时减少人工介入,实现全天候无缝隙巡检。采用气体传感器、光电传感器、GPS定位传感器等,并搭载通信传输系统和控制系统,实现了具有完整功能的测试系统。该项目的顺利实施使得学生对该门课程得到了新的领悟,提高了学习兴趣、自学能力和创新能力。Engineering Testing Technology is a subject with huge system,wide knowledge coverage and strong theoretical and practical application,but its content is too complicated for students to understand and master.In the implementation of the course,taking the automatic inspection of oil and gas pipelines as an example,the project teaching method is adopted to deepen students'understanding and mastery of the course through problem guidance and engineering practice.This project develops an automatic inspection platform for oil and gas pipelines to solve the problem of high false detection and missed detection rate of fixed layout sensors,and to reduce manual intervention to achieve seamless inspection all-weather.By using gas sensors,photoelectric sensors,GPS positioning sensors,and carrying communication transmission system and control system,a complete functional test system is realized.The successful implementation of this project has enabled students to gain new insights into the course and to improve their interest in learning,self-learning and innovation.
