浅色石油产品运动黏度实验教学过程中的误差分析

摘　　要：运动黏度是石油产品最重要的质量指标。论文分析了测定因素对测定运动黏度的影响,论述了测定石油产品运动黏度时,由于恒温浴温场、温度计示值、毛细管常数、毛细管及温度计位置的安装对测定结果的影响,及减小系统误差的措施。论文分析了试验温度、黏度计黏度系数、润滑油流过黏度计的时间、黏度计洁净程度、黏度计安装状态、试样清洁度以及安装时试样是否有气泡等因素,对浅色石油运产品运动黏度测定的影响。Kinematic viscosity is the most important quality indexes of petroleum products.Paper analyzes the determination of the influence of factors on the determination of kinematic viscosity,this paper discusses the determination of the kinematic viscosity of petroleum products,due to the constant temperature bath temperature field,thermometer,capillary constant value,capillary and installed on the determination results of thermometer position,and reduce the system error.Paper analyzes the test temperature,viscometer viscosity coefficient,lubricating oil flows through the viscometer time,viscometer and clean degree,cleanness of viscometer installation status,sample and sample if there is a bubble when installation,the influence of the kinematic viscosity determination of light oil products.
