摘  要:针对汽轮机保护系统(ETS)的三冗余和四冗余结构,研究了不同冗余结构的失效模式。分析了ETS冗余结构从正常状态向降级状态和失效状态的转化过程,采用马尔可夫模型建立了三冗余和四冗余ETS的可靠性模型,分别从安全失效比率和功能试验周期两方面对ETS不同冗余结构可靠性进行分析。仿真试验结果表明:当ETS发生危险失效概率较大时,采用四冗余ETS结构能够更好地提高ETS的平均故障前时间(MTTF)指标;当ETS发生安全失效概率较大时,采用三冗余ETS结构能够更好地提高ETS的MTTF指标;采用四冗余ETS结构比采用三冗余ETS结构能够更好地防止ETS拒动,能够允许更长的功能试验周期。Against the triple redundancy and quadruple redundancy structure of turbine protection system(ETS),the paper studies the failure model of different redundancy structures,and analyzes the transformation process of the ETS redundancy structure from normal state to degrade status and failure status.Moreover,it establishes the reliability model of the triple redundancy and quadruple redundancy ETS by using the Markov model,and investigates the reliability of the ETS with different redundancy structures from both the aspects of safety failure ratio and ftinctional test cycle.The simulation researches prove that,when the probability of danger failure is larger,using the quadruple redundancy structure can better improve the ETS's MTTF than using the triple redundancy structure.When the probability of safety failure is larger,using the triple redundancy structure can better improve the ETS's MTTF than using the quadruple redundancy structure.Using the quadruple redundancy structure can better prevent ETS refused action and allow longer functional test cycle than using the triple redundancy structure.
