摘  要:化学清洗是解决超临界机组过热器频繁超温的有效措施。本文以某超临界660 MW机组末级过热器T91换热管为研究对象,通过理论分析该锅炉实际运行工况与ANSYS软件模拟相结合的方法,研究该锅炉末级过热器换热管传热过程,并对化学清洗前后换热管壁温分布进行研究。结果表明:氧化皮越厚、机组负荷越高,过热器换热管壁温越高;化学清洗可以显著改善末级过热器换热性能,降低末级过热器管屏之间的温度偏差。Chemical cleaning is an effective measure to solve the frequent over temperature problem of superheater.By taking the T91 heat exchange tube of final stage superheater of a supercritical 660 MW unit as the research object,both theoretical analysis on actual operation of the boiler and numerical simulation using ANSYS software were carried out to investigate the heat transfer process of the final stage superheater's tube.Moreover,the wall temperature distribution of the final superheater tube before and after the chemical cleaning were studied.The results show that,higher boiler load and thicker oxide scale caused higher tube temperature.Chemical cleaning can significantly improve heat transfer performance of the tube and effectively reduce temperature difference between and among the final stage superheater tube panels.
