摘 要:为了分析我国改进型百万千瓦级压水堆核电技术(CRP1000)汽轮发电机组的一次调频功能,以目前在运数量最多的Arabelle型汽轮发电机组为研究对象,结合现阶段华东电网特点及对并网机组的一次调频需求,初步分析了该型机组的一次调频能力;在确保反应堆安全的前提下,选取两台机组实施一次调频功能试验。结果表明:Arabelle型核电汽轮发电机组典型工况下的一次调频响应时间、一次调频稳定时间和一次调频负荷响应速度均满足华东电网一次调频细则要求;机组在高功率平台对较大负向频差的响应可能导致甩负荷,会对电网带来不利影响;电网频差阶跃变化时,转速不等率大的机组一次调频响应慢。建议结合各核电机组特点制定不同阶段的一次调频策略。In order to analyze the primary frequency modulation function of the improved million kilowatt level pressurized water reactor nuclear power technology (CRP1000) turbogenerator set in China, the primary frequency modulation ability of the Arabelle turbine generator set, which has the largest number in operation at present, is preliminarily analyzed according to the characteristics of East China Power Grid and the primary frequency modulation demand of the grid connected unit. On the premise of ensuring the safety of the reactor, two units were selected to carry out the primary frequency modulation function test. The results show that, the primary frequency modulation response time, the primary frequency modulation stability time and the primary frequency modulation load response speed of the Arabelle nuclear turbine generator set under typical working conditions all meet the requirements of the primary frequency modulation rules of East China Power Grid. The response of the unit to large negative frequency difference on high power platform may lead to load rejection, which will bring adverse effects on the power grid. When the frequency difiEerence of the power grid changes step by step, the primary frequency modulation response of the unit with large speed inequality rate is slow. It suggests that the primary frequency modulation strategy in different stages should be formulated according to the characteristics of each nuclear power unit.
