摘　　要：目的:评价沙库巴曲缬沙坦对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能的影响。方法:选取2017年10月至2018年9月佳木斯大学附属第一医院收治的CHF患者96例,依据入院顺序的奇偶分为2组:分别为48例对照组和48例试验组。对照组给予利尿剂加血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂/血管紧张素受体阻滞剂(ACEI/ARB)抗心力衰竭治疗,试验组给予利尿剂加沙库巴曲缬沙坦,两个月后从NYHA心功能分级情况、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、6分钟步行试验(6MWT)距离、以及血浆N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平等方面评价两组患者临床疗效。结果:试验组患者经过沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗后NYHA心功能分级情况优于对照组,心功能各项指标(LVEF、6MWT距离、血浆BT-proBNP)改善情况优于对照组。两组患者治疗前NYHA心功能分级、LVEF、6MWT距离、血浆BT-proBNP经统计学软件分析验证P>0.05,统计学无统计意义。两组患者治疗后比照数据经统计学软件分析,得出P<0.05,统计学有统计意义。结论:沙库巴曲缬沙坦可以改善CHF患者心功能。Objective: To evaluate the effect of Sacubitril Valsartan on cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods: Ninety-six patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from October 2017 to September 2018 were divided into two groups according to the order of admission: Forty-eight control groups and forty-eight test groups. The control group was given diuretic plus ACEI/ARB anti-heart failure treatment. The experimental group was given diuretic plus sacurubatrasartan. Two months later, NYHA cardiac function classification, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), six-minute walk the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was evaluated by the distance of the six-minute walk test(6 MWT) and the level of plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP). Results: In the experimental group, the cardiac function grading of NYHA was better than that of the control group after treatment with Sacubitril Valsartan. The improvement of cardiac function indexes(LVEF, 6 MWT distance, plasma BT-proBNP) was better than that of the control group. Before treatment, NYHA cardiac function grading, LVEF, 6 MWT distance, and plasma BT-proBNP were statistically analyzed by statistical software to verify P>0.05. There was no statistical significance. The data of the two groups of patients after treatment were analyzed by statistical software, and P<0.05 was obtained. The statistics were statistically significant. Conclusion: Sacubitril Valsartan can improve cardiac function in patients with CHF.
