摘　　要：镀铑层呈光亮银白色,具有硬度极高,耐磨性能好,接触电阻小,导电性能良好等优点。同时在大气中不受硫化物及二氧化碳等腐蚀气体作用,因此镀铑层常作为抗腐蚀、耐磨、导电或装饰镀层,用于电子电气工业、光学工业和首饰等行业,尤其是以接触点为主的簧片及插拔元件镀铑更具有大规模的工业化应用。本文公开了一种硫酸铑[Rh2(SO4)3]镀液生产制造工艺及应用技术,生产工艺过程简单成熟,场地要求低,生产过程三废排放量极少,熔融反应转化率高,产品质量稳定,已经实现大规模生产应用,市场反馈良好。The Rhodium-plated layer is bright silver white, which has the advantages of extremely high hardness;good wear resistance, small contact resistance and good electrical conductivity. At the same time, it is free from corrosive gases such as sulfides and carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Therefore,the rhodium-plated layer is often used as a corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, conductive or decorative coating for the electrical and electronic industry, the optical industry and jewelry industries, especially at the point of contact. Mainly reed and plug-in components are plated and have large-scale industrial applications. This paper discloses a production process and application technology of Rhodium sulfate [Rh2(SO4)3] plating solution. The production process is simple and mature, the site requirements are low, the discharge of the wastes in the production process is less, the conversion rate of the molten reaction is high, and the product quality is stable, which has achieved large-scale production applications, and market feedback is good.
