摘　　要：目的:优选吉非罗齐滴丸的最佳制备工艺。方法:以质量差异分数为考察指标,采用单因素实验法和正交实验法对吉非罗齐滴丸的制备工艺进行优化。结果:滴丸的最佳制备工艺为PEG4000与PEG6000比例为1∶1,药物与基质的配比为1∶2,药液的温度为85℃。结论:吉非罗齐滴丸的制备工艺稳定,方法简易可行。Objective To optimize the condition of preparation technique of Gemfibrozil Dripping Pills.Methods Taken quality difference score of the Dripping Pills as the index for evaluation,orthogonal experiment was used to optimize preparation technique of the Dripping Pills.Results The optimal condition of preparation technique was as follows: ratio of drug to matrix was 1∶2, ratio of PEG 4000 to PEG 6000 was 1∶1, temperature of drug was 85 ℃. Conclusion The optimal preparation technique in Gemfibrozil Dripping Pills stable and the method is simple.
