摘  要:采用正交试验的方法,以水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、发气剂掺量、生石灰掺量、石膏掺量、纤维长度、纤维掺量、减水剂掺量、激发剂掺量、稳泡剂掺量作为影响因素,进行10因素5水平的不同纤维长度的陈积粉煤灰加气混凝土配合比优化设计。试验测得抗折强度、抗压强度,按纤维长度为3、6、9、12、18 mm进行结果讨论,获得了水泥、粉煤灰、发气剂、生石灰、石膏、纤维、减水剂、激发剂、稳泡剂、水的最优配合比为387∶200∶80∶4∶13∶7∶5∶10∶1∶10∶200。纤维长度宜为9 mm,纤维掺量宜为1.5%,以及粉煤灰掺量可占胶凝材料的10%~30%。获得的最优配合比、最佳的纤维长度、纤维掺量以及粉煤灰的掺量范围,为加气混凝土企业的生产提供了实际参考价值。The water-binder ratio,the fly ash content,the aerating agent content,the lime content,the gypsum content,fiber length,the water reducer content,the activator content and the foam stabilizer content are considered as the affecting factors.The orthogonal test of 10 factors and 5 levels are tested for the optimization design of the mixing ratio for aged fly ash and sedimentary fly ash aerated concrete with different fiber lengths.The flexural strength and compressive strength are measured.The test results are discussed according to the fiber length,3,6,9,12 mm and 18 mm.The optimum mixing ratio of the cement,the fly ash,the aerating agent,the lime,the gypsum,the fiber,the water reducer,the activator,the foam stabilizer and the water is 387∶200∶80∶4∶13∶7∶5∶10∶1∶10∶200.Fiber length should be 9 mm fiber content should be 1.5%.The fly ash content can account for 10%~30% of cementitious materials.The optimal mix ratio,the optimal fiber length,the fiber content and the fly ash content provide a practical reference value for the production of the aerated concrete enterprises.
