摘 要:为了研究层布式钢纤维对混凝土力学性能影响,对不同掺量、长径比以及层布厚度的层布式钢纤维混凝土,分别进行了抗压强度、劈裂强度和抗弯强度试验。结果表明层布式钢纤维对混凝土抗压强度无明显影响,但可以显著提高混凝土劈裂强度和抗折强度。钢纤维长径比增大,有助于提高层布式钢纤维混凝土劈裂强度和抗折强度,并且随着大长径比钢纤维含量增加,层布式钢纤维混凝土劈裂强度和抗折强度均有所提高;而随着钢纤维层布厚度的增加,混凝土劈裂强度和抗弯强度均有所降低。掺入聚丙烯纤维,有助于提高层布式钢纤维混凝土的劈裂强度和抗弯强度。Effect of layered steel fiber on mechanical properties of concrete has been studied,through compressive strength testing,splitting tensile strength testing and flexural strength testing.Three kinds of variables were considered for concrete specimens,including content of fibers,length-diameter ratio and thickness of layered steel fiber.The experimental results show that the layered steel fiber has no obvious influence on the compressive strength of concrete,but can improve the splitting strength and flexural strength of concrete.The increase of steel fiber content and length to diameter ratio helps to improve the split strength and flexural strength of layer steel fiber reinforced concrete.The splitting strength and flexural strength of concrete decreased with the increase of layer thickness.The splitting strength and flexural strength of layer steel fiber reinforced concrete can be improved by adding polypropylene fiber.
