摘  要:在贵州与云南等高原地区,粉煤灰资源缺乏,且广泛采用机制砂作为原料生产混凝土,石灰石粉作为混凝土掺合料正逐渐应用于混凝土中,但是其易离析、泵送过程易堵管、保坍性能差的问题严重制约了其推广应用。纤维素醚作为一种重要的增黏成分能够有效的解决这一问题,在只掺入石灰石粉作为混凝土掺合料的条件下,对比研究了C30、C40、C50混凝土在加入纤维素醚的条件下对材料工作性、强度、电阻率、孔隙结构、干缩率的影响。结果显示纤维素醚的加入会在一定程度上降低混凝土的流动性,但是会不同程度的提高混凝土均匀性和强度性能,降低材料的泌水率、电阻率、孔隙率、干缩率。In Guizhou and Yunnan plateau areas,the lack of fly ash resources,and the widespread use of sand as raw material production of concrete,limestone powder concrete admixture is gradually being used in concrete,but its easy to segregation,the pumping process is easy to plug the tube.Paul slump poor performance has seriously hampered the promotion of its application.Cellulose ether as an important viscosity-increasing component can effectively solve this problem.Only the incorporation of limestone powder as concrete admixture conditions,the comparative study of C30,C40,C50 concrete in the addition of cellulose ether under the conditions of the material workability,strength,resistivity,pore structure,shrinkage rate.The results show that the addition of cellulose ethers will reduce the fluidity of concrete,but will improve the uniformity and strength properties of concrete to some extent,reduce the material bleeding rate,resistivity,porosity and shrinkage.
