摘 要:试验以东农428和松粳10为供试材料,于2018年在东北农业大学阿城实验实习基地开展分蘖期不同天数(0、5、10、15 d)冷水灌溉处理试验,分析分蘖期冷水灌溉对寒地粳稻根系活力、抗氧化系统、渗透调节物质含量、内源激素含量及产量的影响。结果表明,分蘖期冷水灌溉下,寒地粳稻根系SOD、POD、CAT活性和脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量与正常灌溉相比均显著升高,增幅随冷水灌溉时间延长而上升,东农428增幅大于松粳10,但松粳10的O2-、H2O2和MDA含量增幅大于东农428。冷水灌溉下,两个品种根系内源激素IAA、GA3、ZR含量随冷水胁迫时间延长呈下降趋势,但ABA含量随冷水灌溉时间延长而升高。分蘖期冷水灌溉下,寒地粳稻产量随冷水灌溉天数增加显著下降,松粳10比东农428下降幅度大。In this experiment, Dongnong 428 and Songjing 10 were used as test materials.In2018, at the Acheng Experimental Internship Base of Northeast Agricultural University, the cold water irrigation treatment experiment was carried out for different days(0, 5, 10, 15 d) in the tillering period.The effects of root system or vigor, antioxidant system, osmotic adjustment substance content,endogenous hormone content and yield of japonica rice in cold region. The results showed that the activity of SOD, POD, CAT and the contents of proline, soluble sugar and soluble protein in the roots of cold japonica rice increased significantly compared with normal irrigation under cold water irrigation in the tillering stage. The increase was increased with the cold water irrigation time. The increase of Dongnong 428 was greater than that of Songjing 10, but the increase of O2-, H2O2 and MDA content of Songjing 10 was greater than that of Dongnong 428. Under cold water irrigation, the contents of endogenous hormones IAA, GA3 and ZR in the roots of the two varieties decreased with the increase of cold water stress time, but the ABA content increased with the increase of cold water irrigation time.Under the cold water irrigation at the tillering stage, the yield of japonica rice in the cold area decreased significantly with the increase of the number of cold water irrigation days, and the growth rate of Songjing 10 was larger than that of Dongnong 428. This paper mainly discussed the effects of low temperature on the physiological characteristics and yield of different cold-tolerant varieties.
