摘  要:目的:检测血管生成素1(Ang-1)、血管生成素2(Ang-2)及血管抑素(AS)在稽留流产(MA)患者血清和蜕膜组织中的表达,对血管生成的影响,探讨其与稽留流产的关系。方法:选取稽留流产患者62例和同期自愿要求终止妊娠的正常孕妇60例。酶联免疫吸附法检测患者血清中Ang-1、Ang-2和AS水平免疫组化法检测蜕膜组织中Ang-1、Ang-2、AS及CD31表达,计数两组微血管密度(MVD)。结果:稽留流产患者血清中Ang-1、Ang-2表达水平低于对照组,AS表达水平高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。稽留流产患者蜕膜组织中Ang-1、Ang-2、CD31表达水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),AS表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。对照组患者蜕膜组织中Ang-1、Ang-2表达水平与CD31呈正相关(r=0.535,r=0.466,P<0.01),Ang-1、Ang-2、CD31表达水平与AS呈负相关(r=-0.395,r=-0.506,r=-0.460,P<0.01或P<0.05);稽留流产患者蜕膜组织中Ang-1、Ang-2表达水平与CD31呈正相关(r=0.678,r=0.473,P<0.01),Ang-1、Ang-2、CD31表达水平与AS呈负相关(r=-0.610,r=-0.402,r=-0.491,P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:蜕膜组织中Ang-1、Ang-2、AS表达与血管生成密切相关,Ang-1、Ang-2的低表达及AS的高表达参与稽留流产胚胎血管生成障碍。Objective:To study the expressions of angiopoietin-1(Ang-1),angiopoietin-2(Ang-2) and angiostatin(AS) in the serum and decidua tissue of patients with missed abortion(MA).To explore their effects on decidua angiogenesis and the relationship between them and missed abortion.Methods:62 cases of patients with missed abortion were selected as experimental group,and 60 cases of healthy pregnant women were selected as control group.ELISA was applied to detect the levels of Ang-1,Ang-2 and AS in serum of the patients.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression levels of Ang-1,Ang-2 and AS in decidua tissue.The expression of CD31 was detected and the microvessel density(MVD) was counted in both groups.Results:The expression levels of Ang-1 and Ang-2 in serum of the patients in experimental group were lower than those in control group,while the expression of AS was higher than that in control group,but there were no statistical significance.The expression levels of Ang-1,Ang-2 and MVD in decidua tissue of experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05),but the AS expression level was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).In control group the expression levels of Ang-1 and Ang-2 in decidua of patients were positively correlated with CD31(r=0.535,r=0.466,P<0.01),but the levels of Ang-1,Ang-2 and CD31 had negative correlation with the AS level(r=-0.395,r=-0.506,r=-0.460,P<0.01 or P<0.05).In experimental group the expression levels of Ang-1 and Ang-2 in decidua of patients were positively correlated with CD31(r=0.678,r=0.473,P<0.01),but the levels of Ang-1,Ang-2 and CD31 had negative correlation with the AS level(r=-0.610,r=-0.402,r=-0.491,P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:The expressions of Ang-1,Ang-2 and AS in decidual tissue is closely related to angiogenesis.The low expressions of Ang-1,Ang-2 and the high expression of AS are involved in the dysangiogenesis of missed abortion embryos.
