摘  要:文章分析算法时代国内外图书馆智能技术的发展现状,以此为基础建立智慧图书馆协同治理中智能技术的融合模型。结合中国矿业大学图书馆面向多样化服务协同治理模式的智慧图书馆智能技术融合愿景,从智慧图书馆协同治理智能技术平台融合、文化融合、管理融合和公共利益融合四个方面分析其融合管理过程的关键因素。文章通过算法时代智慧图书馆协同治理智能技术融合管理模式,提出智能技术融合有控自组织管理机制;与此同时,将区块链技术与云计算技术等智能技术融合机制运用到中国矿业大学图书馆信息素养教育未来规划中,以期为智慧图书馆协同治理服务提供参考依据和理论基础。This paper analyzes the development status of intelligent technology in libraries both in China and internationally in the era of algorithms,and based on this,establishes an intelligent technology integration model for collaborative governance in Smart Library.Based on the vision of Smart Library’s intelligent technology integration for diversified service collaborative governance mode in the library of China University of Mining and Technology,this paper analyzes the key factors of Smart Library’s intelligent technology integration management process from four aspects of Smart Library’s collaborative governance intelligent technology platform integration,cultural integration,management integration and public interest integration.Through the intelligent technology integration management mode of Smart Library collaborative governance in the algorithm era,a controlled self-organization management mechanism of intelligent technology integration is proposed.At the same time,the integration mechanism of intelligent technologies such as Blockchain technology and cloud computing technology is applied to the future planning of information literacy education in Library of China University of Mining and Technology to provide reference and theoretical basis for collaborative governance services in Smart Library.
