新型城镇化与乡村振兴协调发展论析

摘　　要：促进城乡一体化发展是乡村振兴和新型城镇化建设的共同目标。城市发展和农村的发展是互利共赢的命运共同体。新时代乡村振兴和新型城镇化要建立健全城乡融合发展机制,使社会公共资源在城乡得到均衡配置,基础设施和公共服务也可以达到共建共享。要重点解决城乡发展不同步的问题,以保护农民的合法权益为基础实现城乡统筹发展,为乡村振兴战略和新型城镇化建设的协同推进保驾护航。Promoting integrated urban and rural development is the common goal of New-type Urbanization and Rural Vitalization.Urban development and rural development are a community of mutual benefit.In the new era,New-type Urbanization and Rural Vitalization should establish a sound urban-rural integration development mechanism,so that social public resources can be averagely allocated in urban and rural areas,and infrastructure and public services can also be built and shared.We must focus on solving the problem of unsynchronized urban and rural development,and realize the coordinated development of urban and rural areas on the basis of protecting the lawful right and interests of farmers,and escort the coordinated promotion of rural vitalization strategy and new urbanization construction.
