摘　　要：临床上糖尿病患者发生低血糖的状况并不少见,低血糖会对人体造成多种近期和远期的危害。有效地控制血糖,是糖尿病临床治疗所追寻的目标。与之同时,如何减少低血糖的发生,亦是糖尿病临床治疗实践中一项长期而艰巨的任务。导致低血糖的危险因素众多并且十分复杂,需要提前评估,防患于未然。对于胰岛素治疗而言,如何有效减少低血糖的发生风险也是必须考虑的重要内容。In clinic, hypoglycemia is common in patients with diabetes. Hypoglycemia can cause a variety of short-term and long-term harm. Effective control of blood glucose is the goal of clinical treatment of diabetes. At the same time, how to reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia is also a long-term and arduous task in the clinical treatment of diabetes.
