摘　　要：随着血糖管理进入以患者为中心的新时代,2型糖尿病治疗原则也应相应调整。本文分析了中国2型糖尿病人群的血糖谱特点及其背后的机制,并针对中国人群普遍存在的餐后血糖升高,探讨了胰岛素起始策略中的方案选择。As blood glucose management entering a new patient-centered era, the treatment strategy of type 2 diabetes has to adapt to it accordingly. In this paper, we analyze the characteristics of blood glucose profile of Chinese type 2 diabetes population and the underlying mechanisms. Then with respect to the prevalent elevation of postprandial blood glucose in Chinese type 2 diabetes population, we discuss the insulin regimens selection in insulin initiation strategy.
