人工股骨头置换术联合归脾汤加减治疗老年不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折对骨代谢的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:在老年不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中联合应用人工股骨头置换术联合归脾汤加减,观察该治疗方案对患者骨代谢的影响。方法:以88例我院老年不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折患者为对象开展研究,在2018.01-2018.12期间以随机数字表法为分组依据,处理得出两组,即对照组纳入44例(实施人工股骨头置换术),观察组纳入44例(联合归脾汤加减治疗),依据骨代谢相关指标评价并比较治疗效果。结果:比较组间骨代谢相关指标,观察组均体现更高值,P<0.05;比较组间手术情况,其中的住院时间、手术时间、术后6个月的Harris评分与对照组数值比较后,表现出P>0.05;术后可负重时间、术后1个月Harris评分与对照组数值比较后,表现出P<0.05。结论:在对不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折的老年患者选择人工股骨头置换术治疗时,联合归脾汤加减,可有效改善患者骨代谢情况。Objective: To observe the effect of artificial femoral head replacement combined with Guipi Decoction on bone metabolism in elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture. Methods: 88 elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture of femur in our hospital were studied. During the period from 2018.01 to 2018.12, two groups were divided according to random number table method. That is, 44 cases were included in the control group(with artificial femoral head replacement), and 44 cases were included in the observation group(with combined Guipi decoction).. The treatment effect was evaluated and compared according to the related indexes of bone metabolism. Results: Comparing the related indexes of bone metabolism between groups, the observation group showed a higher value, P<0.05;Comparing the operation situation between groups, the hospital stay, operation time, Harris score of 6 months after operation showed P>0.05;the weight-bearing time after operation, Harris score of 1 month after operation showed P<0.05 compared with the control group. Conclusion: The combination of Guipi Decoction and artificial femoral head replacement can effectively improve the bone metabolism of elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture.
