无棱丝瓜三子叶现象的原因分析与对策研究

摘　　要：通过对无棱丝瓜苗期出现的三子叶现象进行分析,得出出现这种现象的主要原因包括亲本纯化过程中携带隐性变异基因、亲本杂交组合基因重组时发生变异、环境因素影响等。避免出现该现象的措施有选育优良亲本材料、杂交制种前清除杂弱植株、加强田间管理、妥善处理和储存种子等。Based on the analysis of tricotyledon phenomena in seedling stage of wild luffa,the main reasons for this phenomenon were found as follows:recessive mutation gene carried during parental purification,mutation occurred during recombination of parental hybridization combinations,and environmental factors.Measures to avoid this phenomenon included breeding good parent materials,eliminating weak plants before hybridization,strengthening field management,properly handling and storing seeds,etc.
