摘　　要：介绍定向红外对抗高功率量子级联激光器国内外科研技术水平及商业产品发展现状,归纳其芯片制备和多路合束关键技术,调研以美国为主的研发项目投入,为我国高功率量子级联激光器及其定向红外对抗应用技术发展提供参考。This paper introduces the scientific research and commercial products development status of high power quantum cascade lasers for directional infrared countermeasures at home and abroad,and summarizes the key technologies of chip preparation and multiple beam combining,then investigates the research and development programs,mainly in America.It’s expected to offer some reference for the technology development of high power quantum cascade lasers and directional infrared countermeasures.
