摘 要:为了探究滇重楼根的内生细菌的多样性以及筛选促生菌株,从云南丽江采集5年生滇重楼,并从0.1 g根中分离获得228株内生细菌. 16S rDNA序列分析结果表明,这些内生细菌归属到4个门,5个纲,7个目,11个科,13个属,其中假单胞菌属(40.35%)和芽孢杆菌属(22.37%)为优势属.之后,通过与小麦幼苗的共培养,筛选获得10株具有促进生长作用的菌株. YNR32016菌株对小麦幼苗的株高的促进作用最强,与对照相比增长了72.43%;YNR32041菌株对小麦幼苗的根长的促进作用最强,与对照相比增长了602.51%;YNR32046菌株对小麦幼苗的茎粗的促进作用最强,与对照相比增长了26.87%.结果为深入分析滇重楼不同组织内生菌的多样性以及开发促生菌资源奠定了基础.In order to explore the endophytic bacterial diversity of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis and screen growth-promoting strains, several five-year-old plants of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis were collected from Lijiang, Yunnan, and 228 strains of endophytic bacteria were obtained from 0.1 g roots. Analysis of 16 S rDNA sequences showed that these endophytic bacteria were classified to 4 Phyla, 5 Classes, 7 Orders, 11 Families, 13 Genera. Pseudomonas(40.35%) and Bacillus(22.37%) were dominant. Furthermore, through co-cultivation with wheat seedlings, 10 growth-promoting endophytic bacteria were obtained. YNR32016 strain had the highest promoting effect on the plant height of wheat seedlings, which was increased by 72.43% compared to the control. YNR32041 strain had the highest promoting effect on the root length of wheat seedlings, which was increased by 602.51% compared to the control. YNR32046 strain had the highest promoting effect on the stem diameter of wheat seedlings, which was increased by 26.87% compared to the control. These results laid a foundation for further analysis of the endophytic diversity of different tissues of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis and development of growth-promoting microorganisms.
