摘　　要：目的:为了控制江枳壳药材质量,建立了江枳壳药材的HPLC指纹图谱,同时测定江枳壳中橙皮苷及柚皮苷的含量,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供可靠方法。方法:采用kromasil C 18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),在检测波长254 nm、流速0.8 mL·min-1的条件下,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,建立不同批次江枳壳的HPLC指纹图谱,并运用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统进行数据分析。结果:不同批药材的指纹图谱共标示8个共有峰,各批药材的相似度均>0.9,测定不同批次江枳壳中柚皮苷及橙皮苷的含量差别不大。结论:该方法简便准确、重复性好,为控制江枳壳药材的质量提供参考。Objective:In order to control the quality of Jiangxi Fructus Aurantii,the HPLC fingerprint of Fructus Aurantii was established,and the contents of naringin and hesperidin in Jiangxi Fructus Aurantii were determined simultaneously,which provided a reliable method for scientific evaluation and effective control of its quality.Methods:Using kromasil C 18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),the gradient elution was carried out with acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid as mobile phase at a detection wavelength of 254 nm and a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1.HPLC fingerprints were used and data analysis was performed using the chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:The fingerprint of different batches of medicinal materials showed 8 common peaks,and the similarity of each batch of herbs was>0.9.The content of naringin and hesperidin in different batches of Jiangxi Fructus Aurantii was not much different.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and provides a scientific basis for controlling the quality of Jiangxi Fructus Aurantii.
