摘　　要：综述毛百合分类、育种、繁殖、生物学研究进展,指出毛百合研究方向.结果显示:毛百合为钟花组,不同生长地域生长及繁殖特性差异较大,育种研究主要包括生物育种、杂交育种、航天育种3个方面,繁殖主要为有性繁殖及无性繁殖,种子为子叶留土型,具有花大、花艳,抗寒、抗镰刀菌的特征.建议开展毛百合成分研究,深入开展组织培养、杂交育种、抗性育种、临床应用、膳食研究.This paper summarizes the classification,breeding,reproduction and biology of Lilium dauricum Ker Gawl,and points out further research direction of Lilium dauricum Ker Gawl. The results show that Lilium dauricum Ker Gawl belongs to Sect. Lophophorum,and its growth and reproductive characteristics varies greatly in different regions. Breeding mainly includes three aspects: biological breeding,hybrid breeding and spaceflight breeding. The reproduction mainly include sexual and asexual reproduction. The seed germination of Lilium dauricum is hypogeal,which has large and bright flowers,and has the characteristics of cold resistance and fusarium resistance. It is suggested that the study on synthetic components,tissue culture,cross breeding,resistance breeding,clinical application and dietary research of Lilium dauricum Ker Gawl should be carried out in depth.
