摘 要:超滤膜截留分子量(MWCO)的测试存在耗时费力、结果重现性与准确性差等问题。基于顺序注射分析(SIA)技术,设计并搭建了超滤膜截留分子量自动分析仪。该仪器以葡聚糖为测试基准物,能够按顺序依次过滤不同分子量的葡聚糖料液,并通过光度法自动分析超滤膜对葡聚糖的截留率,进而自动计算超滤膜的截留分子量,结果表明,使用单组件进行截留分子量测试时,遵从分子量由小至大的料液过滤顺序可以降低多次过滤造成的膜污染。基于葡聚糖分子量和截留率数据,利用文献方法还计算了膜的孔径分布,该结果与液液置换法的测试结果对比表明,葡聚糖截留法测得的孔径偏小,但对不同超滤膜试样进行定性分析时,结果与液液置换法有较好的吻合度。Conventional measurement of the molecular weight cut-off(MWCO)of the ultra-filtration membranes is time-and labor-consuming and poor reproducibility and accuracy for the testing results.In order to solve these problems,an automatic analyzer was developed based on sequential injection analysis(SIA)technique using dextran as the standard substance.The dextran solutions with an order of different molecular weight were filtered sequentially by the ultra-filtration membrane,the dextran rejection rate of each solution was measured with a photometer,and finally the MWCO of the ultra-filtration membrane was automatically calculated.The results showed that the membrane fouling caused by multiple filtration could be reduced by following the filtering sequence from small molecular weight to large molecular weight.The pore size distribution of the membrane was also calculated based on the data of the dextran molecular weights and the corresponding rejection rates.In comparison with the results measured by means of liquid-liquid displacement,the pore size measured by dextran rejection was smaller,but a good agreement was observed on qualitative analyzing results of different ultra-filtration membrane samples.
