市场经济背景下榜样教育效应的提升策略

摘　　要：市场经济能够持续增强社会活力,不断增加全社会财富总量,但同时由于它功利性过强,无数次竞争配置资源的叠加,必然造成"马太效应",拉大贫富差距。当下的榜样教育,必须注重对市场经济负面问题的警惕和消减,高扬人的尊严和劳动的光荣;必须借鉴市场经济的根本性优点与方法,注重程序规范、过程公开、行为自觉;必须加强动态建设与管理,提升廉洁榜样持续抵御侵蚀的能力。只有这样,榜样教育在市场经济条件下才能体现出旺盛的生命力。Market economy adds vitality to society in a continuous manner,increasing the total amount of social wealth.However,due to its overdosed utilitarian qualities,competitive resources are deployed repeatedly,which necessarily results in the "Mathew Effect",the gap between the rich and the poor made worse.The present movement of education with role models must be on guard against the negative qualities of market economy and make efforts to reduce them,human dignity and glory of labor to be stressed;the fundamental advantages and methods of market economy must be absorbed,procedural standardizations to be emphasized,process openness to be practiced,behavioral self-motivations to be realized;dynamic construction and management must be enhanced so that such honest models can continuously strengthen their abilities to resist corrosion.The thriving vitality of model education can only be maintained by such means.
