摘  要:介绍了一种基于LabVIEW的圆锥滚子轴承内组件滚子倒装和漏装视觉检测系统。首先,采用CCD相机获取待检测内组件的图像信息并传输给计算机;其次,借助视觉处理软件NI-IMAQ对获取的原始图像进行区域分割,灰度直方图修正,中值滤波等预处理操作,得到目标区域与背景区域对比度明显的清晰图像;然后,提取滚子分布位置所在环带的中线,通过坐标变换将环带中线上的像素坐标值转换成极坐标值并在直角坐标系中表示;最后,根据环带中线的灰度值绘制波形图,通过波形图中波峰的宽度和个数判断该内组件是否存在滚子倒装、漏装缺陷。A LabVIEW-based visual inspection system is introduced for roller inversion and omission of tapered roller bearings.Firstly,the CCD camera is used to acquire image information of inner component to be detected and transmit to computer.Secondly,the pre-processing operations such as region segmentation,gray histogram correction and median filtering are carried out for obtained original image by using visual processing software NI-IMAQ,and a clear image with obvious contrast between target area and background area is obtained.Then,the middle line of circumferential belt at roller distribution position is extracted,and the pixel coordinate value on middle line of circumferential belt is converted into a polar coordinate value by coordinate transformation and express in a Cartesian coordinate system.Finally,the waveform diagram is drawn according to gray value of middle line of circumferential belt,and the width and the number of peaks in waveform diagram are used to judge that there are roller inversion and omission defects in inner component.
