摘  要:针对配电网中的低电压问题,提出了一种通过在配电网中接入分布式能源的低电压治理方法。通过建立以最小节点电压、平均电压偏差以及系统网损总量为目标函数的优化模型,实现分布式电源的选址与定容。利用固定权重系数法将多目标优化问题转换为单目标优化问题,采用人工鱼群算法对优化模型进行求解,并基于IEEE-33节点系统与粒子群算法进行仿真比较,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。To solve the low voltage problem in distribution network,this paper presented a low voltage control method based on the access of distributed energy in distributed network.An optimization model,taking the minimum node voltage,the average voltage deviation and the total network loss as the objective function,was established to implement the optimal siting and sizing of distributed energy.The weight coefficient method is utilized to convert the multi-objective optimization problem into a single objective optimization problem which is solved by an artificial fish swarm algorithm.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified on IEEE-33 node system by comparing the simulation result with that of the particle swarm algorithm.
