摘  要:对比分析了国内外两种典型热作模具钢的化学成分、显微组织、冲击韧性和回火稳定性。结果表明:与进口H13钢相比,国产H13钢的硬度、室温冲击性能和热稳定性均较差,主要原因在于碳化物的形式有差异。国产H13钢中碳化物尺寸大、分布稀疏,存在偏析,而进口H13钢中碳化物细小弥散。进口H13钢中马氏体板条结构较稳定、小尺寸碳化物的大量存在且弥散分布是其在高温下表现出优异回火抗力的主要原因。Chemical composition,microstructures,impact toughness and tempering resistance of two typical hot working die steels at home and abroad were compared and analyzed.The results showed that compared with the imported H13 steel,the hardness,room-temperature impact toughness and thermal stability of the domestic H13 steel were poorer mainly due to the difference in distribution and shape of the carbides.The carbides in domestic H13 steel featured large size,sparse distribution and segregation,whereas the carbides in imported H13 steel were small and dispersed.The main reason for the excellent tempering resistance at high temperature of imported H13 steel was the more stable martensitic lath structure and the larger quantities of much dispersed small-sized carbides present in it.
