摘 要:研究了GCr18Mo轴承钢在不同真空度下碳脱氧的效果,建立了碳脱氧以及真空脱氮的热力学与动力学模型。结果表明:在1873 K条件下,真空度为10、50、100 Pa时,碳脱氧可将原始钢中的氧含量从100μg/g降低至12.8~25.6μg/g;随着真空处理时间从10 min延长至60 min,钢中氧含量和氮含量不断降低,夹杂物的数量明显减少、尺寸减小;与铝脱氧相比,碳脱氧的钢夹杂物数量更少、尺寸更小。最后,根据试验结果建立了CGr18Mo轴承钢在不同真空度下碳脱氧的氧含量和氮含量随真空处理时间变化的关系式。Effect of carbon deoxidation of GCr18Mo bearing steel at different vacuum levels was studied,the thermodynamic and kinetic models of carbon deoxidation and vacuum denitrification were established.The results showed that the oxygen content in the original steel could be reduced from 100μg/g to 12.8-25.6μg/g by carbon deoxidation at 1873 K and under pressures of 10 Pa,50 Pa and 100 Pa.As the vacuum treatment time prolonged from 10 min to 60 min,the oxygen and nitrogen content in the steel decreased continuously,and the amount and size of inclusions decreased significantly.Compared with aluminum deoxidation,the amount and size of inclusions in the carbon deoxidized steel were significantly reduced.Finally,based on the experimental results,the relation of oxygen and nitrogen content to vacuum treatment time for CGr18Mo bearing steel after carbon deoxidation at different vacuum levels was established.
