摘 要:变电站工程中PHC管桩的承载力主要通过静载试验获得,自平衡测试法在变电站PHC管桩承载力测试中的应用较少。本文通过对芜湖某220 kV变电站工程三根PHC管桩试桩进行自平衡法检测,所得结果与同一场地三根PHC管桩静载试验结果进行对比分析。讨论了荷载箱埋深位置的确定原则,并采用MATLAB软件进行拟合,结果表明自平衡法与传统静载试验方法结果吻合较好,黏性土中自平衡转换系数γ的取值为0.69~0.79,现行规范中取值0.8~1.0是偏于安全的。The bearing capacity of PHC pipe piles in substation engineering is mainly obtained by static loading test.The self-balance test method is less applied in the bearing capacity test of PHC pipe piles in substations.In this paper,the self-balanced loading tests of three PHC pipe piles in a 220 kV substation project in Wuhu city were compared with the results of static load tests of three PHC pipe piles at the same site.The principle of determining the buried depth of the load box was discussed.And the MATLAB software was used for fitting.The results show that the selfbalanced loading test agrees well with the results of the static loading test.The conversion coefficientγin the clay soil is between 0.69 and 0.79.The value of 0.8 to 1.0 in the current specification is safer.
