摘　　要：沈阳地铁1号线电客车使用的牵引变流器功率模块故障比较严重。文章针对沈阳地铁1号线牵引系统功率模块进行国产化开发,从牵引系统功率模块的工作原理进行分析,运用大功率IGBT驱动技术进行重新设计,从而优化系统方案、降低制造成本、缩短采购周期,以满足电客车运营要求。The power unit of the traction inverter used in Shenyang metro line 1 has frequent failures.This paper analyzes the traction system power unit of Shenyang metro line 1 and analyzes the working principle of the power unit of the traction system.It is designed with high-power IGBT drive technology to optimize system,reduce manufacturing costs,shorten procurement cycles,and meet train operation operating requirements.
