摘  要:为指导某水电站泄洪闸弧形工作闸门的日常安全运行,对闸门的结构静应力、动力特性以及泄水过程流激振动响应进行了系统的原型观测试验,测得了闸门前11阶模态参数,重点部位的结构静应力、动应力、振动加速度和振动位移数据。根据闸门在不同开度下重点部位的动应力、振动加速度和振动位移等动力响应参数的量级及谱特征,结合闸门结构静应力和模态参数,分析各固定开度下闸门振动响应的变化规律,对闸门结构的运行安全性进行分析研究,提出了日常运行建议,有效保证了水电站泄洪设施的安全运行。For the safe operation of the arc operating gate of a discharge sluice in a hydropower station,prototype observation on structural static stress,dynamic characteristics and flow-excited vibration response of the gate was made.The first 11th order modes parameters of the gate,and the structural static stress,dynamic stress,vibration acceleration and vibration displacement of the key parts were measured.According to spectral characteristics and the magnitude of the dynamic response parameters such as dynamic stress,vibration acceleration and vibration displacement on the key parts with different opening degrees,the changing law of vibration response under certain opening degree was analyzed.Analysing the gate structure,recommendations for daily operation are put forward,which effectively ensure the safe operation of the discharge sluice in the hydropower station.
