非完全切除法治疗女性尿道憩室阴道瘘6例

摘　　要：目的探讨非完全切除法治疗女性尿道憩室阴道瘘的可行性及长期疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年1月1日至2019年1月1日就诊于北京大学第一医院泌尿外科的女性尿道憩室阴道瘘患者的临床资料,并采用6步法经阴道尿道憩室修复法对患者进行治疗。结果6例患者阴道漏尿症状均消失,尿道阴道瘘修补均成功。术后复查经会阴超声检查,5例尿道旁液性暗区消失,1例患者术后6个月仍存在尿道周围液性区。结论采用6步法治疗尿道憩室阴道瘘的手术确切可行,术后疗效良好,值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and long-term outcomes of non-complete resection and strengthening of the urethra for urethral diverticular fistula.Methods The clinical data of female patients with urethrovaginal diverticular fistula who were admitted to the Urology Department of Peking University First Hospital from January 1,2009 to January 1,2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and all the patients were treated by six-step transvaginal urethral diverticula repair.Results The symptom of vaginal leakage disappeared in all the six patients,and all the urethrovaginal fistulas were repaired successfully.Transperineal ultrasound showed that periurethral dark area disappeared in five cases,and one patient still had periurethral fluid area at 6 months after surgery.Conclusion The six-step transvaginal urethral diverticula repair of urethral diverticular fistula is feasible and effective.
