甘肃省民间资本对银行业金融机构的供给现状及其进入路径分析

摘　　要：近年来,甘肃省民间资本和银行业金融机构在国家一系列政策的大力扶持下都获得了迅猛发展,同时也面临巨大的挑战:一方面,民间资本存量丰富,但缺乏适合的投资渠道;另一方面,银行业金融机构缺少资金,无法满足自身改革及经济社会发展引起的大量融资需求。如何打通二者间的通道,使其顺利对接,对于破解民间资本的发展困境、完善市场资本结构、提升银行业金融机构产业效率,乃至将二者发展为促进甘肃省经济增长的主要力量都具有非常重要的现实意义。因此,从民间资本的转化源出发,统计分析甘肃省民间资本的供给现状,预测全省银行业金融机构改革发展对民间资本的现实需求,明确甘肃省民间资本进入银行业金融机构的路径选择,可以为破解两者的发展困境提供理论依据和现实基础。In recent years,the private capital and banking financial institutions in Gansu Province have gained rapid development under the strong support of a series of national policies,at the same time,they also face huge challenges.On one hand,the private capital is abundant,but it lacks suitable investment channels;on the other hand,banking financial institutions lack funds to meet the massive financing needs caused by their own reforms as well as economic and social development.So,it has important practical significance to solve the development dilemma of private and banking capital by perfecting market capital structure,improving the efficiency of banking financial institutions,and even developing both as the main force to promote Gansu Province economic growth.Therefore,starting from the transformation source of private capital,we analyzes the present situation of the supply of private capital in Gansu Province,predicts the realistic demand of reform and development of banking institutions in Gansu Province for private capital,clarifies the route choice of private capital entering banking financial institutions in Gansu Province,thus provides theoretical and practical basis for solving the development dilemma of both aspects.
