摘　　要：南部海洋经济圈是我国参与经济全球化的主体区域和对外开放的重要门户,区域内海洋经济的陆海统筹布局发展对我国"海洋强国"战略的实现具有重要的意义。以往对区域海洋产业布局的研究主要集中在某一视角,测度方法单一,本文分别从海洋产业专业化程度、产业的空间聚集程度和产业的空间分布均衡性三个角度对南部海洋经济圈的区域海洋产业布局进行实证研究。结果表明:南部海洋经济圈的海洋产业布局趋优,产业布局相对均衡,部分海洋产业聚集发展趋势明显,区域优势发挥充分。但从单个省区来看,则省区之间行业比较优势发挥不均衡,省区之间的海洋产业布局有待进一步优化。The Southern Ocean economic circle is the main part of China’s participation in economic globalization and an important portal of opening-up to the outside world.The overall distribution and development of the marine economy in the region is of great significance to the realization of China’s strategy of building maritime power.The previous studies of the distribution of regional marine industry have usually focused on a certain angle with a single measurement method.Therefore,the paper makes an empirical study of the regional distribution of marine industry in the Southern Ocean economic circle from three perspectives of the degree of specialization of marine industry,the degree of spatial aggregation of industry and the balance of spatial distribution of industry.The results show that the distribution of marine industry in the Southern Ocean economic circle tends to be better and the industrial distribution is relatively balanced.There is the obvious agglomerative trend in the development of some marine industries.The regional advan-tages are given full play to.However,from the perspective of single province,the comparative advantages of industries between provinces are not balanced,and the distribution of marine industry between provinces needs to be further improved.
