摘　　要：随着急诊医学的发展,血气分析已成为急诊患者必不可缺的检测项目,血气分析结果的准确性,直接影响临床上对急诊患者病情的判断及抢救,所以操作者要高度重视POCT血气分析仪及血气标本的影响因素,并做好POCT血气分析仪及血气标本质量控制,确保患者血气分析结果准确。As the development of emergency medicine, blood gas analysis is an indispensable measurement item for emergency patient. The accuracy of blood gas analysis results directly effects the medical decision on emergency patient’s condition. Therefore, the nurses need to attach great importance to the impact factors of POCT blood gas analyzer and blood gas sample. In addition, the quality control of POCT blood gas analyzer and blood gas sample needs to be performed to ensure the accuracy of blood gas analysis results.
