摘 要:目的:建立检测塑料食品包装材料双三嗪氨基二苯乙烯类荧光增白剂(DSD-FWAs)的高效液相色谱-荧光检测法。方法:样品经乙腈/水(40∶60,v/v)超声提取,Eclipse XDB-C18为分析柱,以乙腈/水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,荧光检测器检测。结果:5种荧光增白剂在0.5~20 mg·L^-1范围内线性良好(r≥0.9991)。在1.0和5.0 mg·L^-1添加水平的回收率范围为81.5%~97.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.2%~6.1%。结论:该方法简单、准确度高、选择性高,可用于快速检测塑料食品包装材料中的5种荧光增白剂。Objective:To develop a method for the determination of fluorescent whitening agents in plastic food packaging materials by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with fluorescence detector.Methods:Samples were ultrasonically extracted with acetonitrile/water(40∶60,v/v).It was separated on a column of Eclipse XDB-C18,Methanolacetonitrile-water was used as the mobile phase with gradient elution.The flow rate of the mobile phase was 1.0mL/min,and then detected by a fluorescence detector.Results:There was a good linearity in the concentration range of 0.5~20.0 mg·L^-1 for the five target compounds with correlation coefficients not less than 0.9991.The average recoveries of the five compounds ranged from 81.5%to 97.1%at the spiked levels of 1.0,5.0 mg·L^-1 with relative standard deviations(RSD)of 1.2%~6.1%.Conclusion:The method proposed in this plastic food packaging materials is simple,accurate and highly selective,and can be used for the rapid determination of the five FWAs in plastic food packaging materials.
