摘　　要：目的研究腹腔镜肝切除术治疗肝内胆管结石的临床效果。方法选取2015年4月~2019年4月我院收治的110例肝内胆管结石患者作为研究对象,根据电脑随机法分为观察组与对照组,每组各55例。观察组实施腹腔镜肝切除术治疗,对照组实施开腹手术治疗。比较两组术中及术后情况、并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间长于对照组、术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组镇痛、进食、首次下床、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜肝切除术治疗肝内胆管结石的临床效果十分显著,且安全性极高,值得研究。Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic hepatectomy in the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones.Methods A total of 110 patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the computer random method,they were divided into observation group and control group,55 cases in each group.Laparoscopic hepatectomy was performed in the observation group and laparotomy was performed in the control group.The intraoperative and postoperative conditions and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the amount of bleeding during the operation was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The analgesic,feeding time,first time out of bed and hospitalization time of patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic hepatectomy for intrahepatic bile duct stones is effective and safe,which is worth studying.
