摘　　要：目的比较不同内固定方式在多发肋骨骨折患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月~2019年2月我院收治的200例多发肋骨骨折患者作为研究对象,根据分段随机化原则将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各100例。对照组患者采用镍钛环抱式接骨器内固定,观察组患者应用肋骨锁定钛板内固定。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后24、48 h的视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分、术中出血量、术后住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后24、48 h,观察组患者的VAS评分低于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的术后住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相较镍钛环抱式接骨器内固定,肋骨锁定钛板内固定应用于多发肋骨骨折患者中,能明显缓解患者疼痛、减少术中出血量、缩短住院时间、降低术后并发症发生率,值得临床应用推广。Objective To compare the applaction effect of different internal fixation methods in the treatment of multiple rib fractures.Methods A total of 200 patients with multiple rib fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of segmental randomization,with 100 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were internally fixed with nickel-titanium embracing fixator,while patients in the observation group were internally fixed with rib locking titanium plate.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay and complications of the two groups were compared before treatment and 24 and 48 h after treatment.Results At 24 and 48 h after treatment,the VAS scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative hemorrhage was less than that in the control group,and the total incidence rate of complications was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with nickel-titanium embracing fixator internal fixation,rib locking titanium plate internal fixation applied in patients with multiple rib fractures can significantly relieve patient pain,reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten hospitalization time and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
