泡沫敷料十字开窗法在心内科患者压力性损伤预防中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察十字开窗法在泡沫敷料贴预防压力性损伤患者的临床应用效果。方法选取2016年1月~2018年7月我院收治的114例Braden评分≤18分且无压力性损伤的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各57例。两组均实施压力性损伤预防常规护理,并在压力性损伤易发部位使用泡沫敷料。观察组将泡沫敷料应用十字开窗法后进行粘贴,对照组进行完整粘贴,比较两组的压力性损伤发生率、泡沫敷料更换频率、护理满意度。结果观察组压力性损伤发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但敷料更换频率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论十字开窗法在泡沫敷料预防压力性损伤的临床应用能有效预防该损伤的发生,降低敷料更换的频率及患者费用和并发症的发生,提升护理满意度。Objective To observe the clinical application effect of cross opening method in preventing pressure injury with foam dressing.Methods From January 2016 to July 2018,114 patients admitted in our hospital with Braden score less than 18 points and no or less stress injury patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,57 cases in each group.Both groups were given normal stress injury prevention nursing,and foam dressings to be used to protect in cases.In the observation group,foam dressing was also used in prone areas of pressure injury.In the observation group,the foam dressing was applied after the cross window method was applied,the control group was pasted completely.Incidence of pressure damage,frequency of foam dressing change and nursing satisfaction between two group were compared.Results Comparison of the incidence of pressure injury between the observation group and the control group,the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05),but the frequency of dressing change was lower than that of the control group,and the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cross opening method can effectively prevent the occurrence of pressure injury in the clinical application of foam dressing for the prevention of patients with stress injury,and reduce the frequency of dressing replacement,in order to reduce the cost of patients and the occurrence of nursing complications,improve nursing satisfaction.
